Alex Cranberg, Aspect Holdings, LLC – Chairman

Alex received a BS in Petroleum Engineering Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Stanford University.  Alex worked as an operations and reservoir engineer for Houston Oil and Minerals Corp, later joining General Atlantic Partners, where he was responsible for its successful petroleum investments in the volatile 1980’s.  In 1992, Alex started Aspect Energy, LLC of which he retains majority ownership.  Aspect was named for his philosophy of embracing diverse and innovative approaches to solving problems and creating opportunities.  Aspect is now a respected and active global company managing a 2008 E&P capital budget of over $300 million.  Alex’s philanthropic efforts are focused on promoting competition and choice in education.  He is also active in political and policy efforts to promote prosperity and freedom in the US and abroad.  Alex was the originating founder of the ACE Scholarship Foundation which has awarded over $30 million to inner city children to attend private and parochial schools.  He also served on the Board of Trustees of Metro State College in Denver.  Alex was named to the Rocky Mountain Oil and Gas Hall of Fame in 2009.  His interest in health and fitness drives an innovative corporate personal training program.

R. Todd Neugebauer, Aspect Holdings, LLC – President

Todd Neugebauer serves as the President of Aspect Energy, LLC.  Todd’s duties as President for Aspect include investment sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio company monitoring.  Additionally, Todd actively works with Aspect’s portfolio companies on activities such as raising and structuring senior debt, mezzanine capital or additional equity, regulatory and legislative affairs, and providing merger, acquisition and divestiture advice.  Currently, he also serves as a director/advisor for a number of Aspect’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Aspect in 2002, Todd Neugebauer was an associate/manager with Enron Corporation where he worked in origination and structured finance in a number of industries including energy and telecommunications.  Todd holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Lora Mays, Aspect Holdings, LLC – Vice President and General Counsel

In March of 2008, Lora Mays accepted the position of Vice President and General Counsel for Aspect Holdings, LLC. and is responsible for providing legal services to Aspect and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Aspect, Lora was employed by Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and most recently held the positions of Associate General Counsel of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and Vice President and General Counsel of Western Gas Partners, LLP, Anadarko’s midstream MLP. During her ten year tenure at Anadarko, Lora was provided the opportunity to develop legal and commercial expertise related to the energy business (both domestic and international) and was placed in numerous leadership positions to promote personal and management growth. Lora received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston School of Law in 1991 and remained in private litigation practice until joining Anadarko in 1998.

Charles W. Wampler, Aspect Holdings, LLC Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining AASLP, Mr. Wampler worked 3 years at Lewis Energy Group (LEG) in San Antonio, Texas, as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Board Member. Lewis Energy Group is a privately held, fully integrated exploration and production company, which assets included a Sweet and Sour Pipe Line, and as subsidiary company with ownership of 6 rigs. Operations for LEG were both Domestic and International. Before joining LEG, Mr. Wampler worked 20 years for EOG Resources (EOG) both in the Houston and Corpus Christi Divisions.

With EOG, Mr. Wampler held numerous Engineering and Management positions, culminating in his final position with the Corpus Christi Division as Division Operations Manager. During his tenure with EOG, Mr. Wampler Co-Authored numerous SPE Technical papers on Drilling Fluids and PDC Bits. Mr. Wampler once held 8 World Record Bit Runs as published by the Petroleum Engineering International in 1994. He received his BS Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (Lafayette, Louisiana) in 1978.

Ibolya Ernyey

Ibolya Ernyey currently serves as Business Development Manager of Hungarian Horizon Energy Ltd., located in Budapest, Hungary. The close relationships Ms. Ernyey maintains with Hungarian oil and gas officials, ministries and government agencies, are part of what makes her so pivotal to the development of Aspect’s international holdings in Hungary. Ms. Ernyey has over twenty years of experience in business development in the Far and Middle East. She continued her career as an entrepreneur by successfully developing Hungarian Horizon Energy, which was one of the first licensed foreign oil and gas companies in Hungary. Her work has garnered her awards and recognition for favorably changing the oil and gas laws in Hungary for foreign investment. Prior to assuming her role with Aspect, Ms. Ernyey began her career in the oil and gas industry with Roy M. Huffington, of Huffco Inc. in Houston, Texas.
